Christmas Bobble Hat

I  saw  a  bobble hat  design  on line  and decided  to  make  my own . I  designed  the  hat  shaped  card on my  electronic  machine  and  fortunately  both  halves  matched  . I  covered it  with  Kanban  texture  card  and  the  dry  embossed it  with  a  Creative  Expressions  Dahlia  Garden
  embossing  folder  .
I  added  blue  cord and  bobble  from  my  stash  and  Christmas  ribbon  from  Crafty  Ribbons .
Finally  I  added  a  snowflake  which  came  with  a  prize  all  the  way  from  Canada  !
